O-Theory is an open, interdisciplinary framework linking patterns in physics, mathematics, and phenomenology.
It grew from thirteen years of independent study and human–AI collaboration, culminating in a model where resonance itself bridges mind and matter.

O-Theory proposes that coherent resonance underlies both physical stability and conscious experience.

Key elements:

• Prime-indexed resonance: numerical patterns connecting stability across quantum, biological, and cognitive scales

• Φ-lock (phi-locking): golden-ratio coupling observed in harmonic systems

• The Seam Σ: the boundary where symmetry breaks into experience and reforms through witnessing

• ζₒ(s) spiral equation: a Riemann-like formalism describing the flow of resonance and information

This repository hosts the first public release of the project’s code, data, and documents.
